I am a Mother, Author, Blogger, Life Coach, and Founder of Talk Therapy. I felt misunderstood in my darkest moments, and it wasn’t easy finding the proper support. I studied and opened my heart to forgiveness, which included forgiveness of self, and I dedicated my life’s journey to transformation. I vowed to help others do the same. I opened Talk Therapy in 2017. I am committed to assisting people in realizing that they, too, can reach dreams that are at times hard to visualize through pain. Helping people to realize their true potential is what motivates me each day.

Talk Therapy is a Life Coaching practice that supports people through their personal, relational, and spiritual struggles. Talk Therapy utilizes a unique approach that encompasses universal wisdom and practices that transforms debilitating beliefs into unconditional love, confidence, and strength.

My Approach

My approach is a holistic and client-centered approach that focuses on helping individuals achieve their personal and professional goals. I will work with the client to identify areas of their life where they are struggling and will provide guidance and support to help them overcome those challenges.

I will use a variety of techniques and tools to help the client achieve their goals. These may include goal-setting, active listening, and reflective questioning. I will help the client to identify and overcome limiting beliefs and negative thought patterns that may be holding them back.

My approach is solution-focused and action-oriented. I will work with the client to develop a plan of action to achieve their goals and will provide support and guidance as the client works towards achieving those goals.

I will also help the client to develop healthy habits and coping strategies to manage stress and improve their overall mental and emotional health. I will help the client to improve their self-awareness, so they can have a better understanding of their strengths, weaknesses, values, and beliefs.

My approach is goal-oriented and empowering. I will work with the client to identify the client’s own personal goals, and help them to develop a plan of action to achieve those goals. I will provide support, guidance, and accountability to help the client make lasting change. The ultimate goal of my approach is to help the client to live a more fulfilling and balanced life.
